Travel Assistance Program

If you’re looking for peace of mind while traveling, consider Assist America through Unum. It offers toll-free emergency assistance to you, your spouse and your dependents 24 hours a day, seven days a week when you’re traveling 100 miles or more from your primary home for 90 days or less. All benefits eligible Gongsters are eligible to use our Travel Assistance services.

Business Travel Accident

As a Gongster, you have access to Business Travel Accident (BTA) Insurance through AIG that provides coverage for unforeseen accidents while traveling for business purposes. This insurance also covers the spouse and children of Gongsters on an approved business trip.

Each traveler should carry a copy of their ID card while on business travel. Instructions for printing your ID card can be found in the documents on this page.

AIG has a member website and app available for employees to use prior to, during and after their trip. AIG’s travel assistance website and app provides you with access to in-depth travel, security and health information at any time of day. Carrot Fertility & Family Planning

With our partnership with Carrot, you get access to a dedicated care team that is available to help you navigate your care, answer your questions, assist you in appointment bookings and address any medical, legal or regulatory questions. Gong provides a $2,500 benefit in 2025 ($5,000 per lifetime) for employees and your spouses/partners. Get access to unlimited video chats with specialists of a multitude of different varieties involving fertility and adoption. Carrot partners with clinics and negotiates lower rates with expedited bookings. Carrot Rx is a premier pharmacy with significant cost savings on fertility medication.

Kaiser Permanente offers a broad range of covered gender-affirming care services. Based on medical necessity for the treatment of gender dysphoria, coverage for fully insured plan members includes the following:

  • Preoperative and postoperative exams
  • Mastectomy with chest reconstruction
