How to Register:
- Download the Modern Health app in the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
- Register with the same first and last name that you use in ADP.
- Verify using your Gong email address.
- Select “Register” on the web or “Agree & Join” on the mobile app to complete registration.
Getting Started
Modern Health’s onboarding helps you quickly access the care you or your dependents need. After creating your account, choose from the following options:
Start Exploring: Explore services or work on your well-being independently.
Get a Recommendation: Take a health survey for personalized care and resource suggestions.
Work with a Care Professional: Start working with a coach or therapist after completing a health survey for the best match.
Get Crisis Support: Access immediate crisis resources.
Get Care for Your Family: Add family members to your account and receive care recommendations for minor dependents.
