Employee Eligibility
Active, regular, full-time Gongsters working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in the Gong Benefits Program. Benefits begin upon your date of hire at Gong.
Dependent Eligibility
Your legal spouse or same/opposite sex domestic partner;
Your dependent children regardless of marital status (including your step-children, legally adopted children, children of your domestic partner) up to age 26;
Any dependent child who reaches the age limit and is incapable of self-support because of a mental or physical disability
